Back-to-School, Back-to-Healthy: Tips for Staff + Students

Hey Juic’d Family! 🍏

ree

The backpacks are packed, the lesson plans are prepped, and the hallways are buzzing again. But let’s be real—between early mornings, jam-packed schedules, and “Did I eat lunch today?” moments, healthy habits can slip faster than a pencil rolling under a desk. Whether you’re shaping young minds or soaking up new knowledge, your body needs the right fuel to keep you sharp, strong, and smiling.

1. Start the Day Juic’d Up

ree

That snooze button might look tempting, but a quick nutrient-packed juice or smoothie in the morning sets the tone for the whole day. Think: greens for focus, citrus for immune support, and berries for brain power.

2. Snack Smarter

Trade the vending machine mysteries for grab-and-go snacks like apple slices with almond butter, veggie sticks with hummus, or one of our cold-pressed juice shots. Small swaps = big wins.

3. Hydrate Like a Boss

ree

Dehydration is the sneaky culprit behind brain fog and low energy. Keep a reusable water bottle nearby and top it off throughout the day. Add a slice of lemon, cucumber, or orange for a little extra vibe.

4. Move It, Move It

Even 5 minutes of stretching, walking the halls, or taking the long way between classes can reset your energy and help you focus. Bonus: moving more = sleeping better at night.

5. Rest + Recharge

Healthy bodies need healthy rest. Prioritize your wind-down routine—even if it’s just 10 minutes of reading, journaling, or breathing before bed.
